Joarjo purchases a new rotary vibrator for stainless and carbon steels

Vibrador Rotatorio Rosler para vibrado en masa en Joarjo

Joarjo adds a new machine to its large fleet of machinery: the Rösler R 620 EC rotary vibrator , whose function is mass vibration for stainless steels and carbon steels with subsequent passage through a washer with alcohol modified by vacuum and ultrasound .

This model of circular vibrator for parts is very versatile thanks to its specially designed process. They are the most multifunctional and versatile within the circular systems. The reason lies in the design of the shape of the work bowl: a half-height version ideal for optimal processing and separation of small and/or bulky work pieces ; and also ideal for treating sensitive or delicate parts .

Technical purpose of the new vibrator:

The purpose of the Rösler R 620 EC has been defined as follows:

  • Description of working parts: Injector bushings
  • Material: AISI 303 – AISI 304
  • Dimensions (L x W x H):
    • Min: Ø15mm x 18mm
    • Max: Ø24 x 30mm
  • Type of operation: Batch
  • Process: Deburring, Tuning

Technical characteristics of the Rösler R 620 EC

  • Total bowl volume: 620l
  • Outer diameter max: 1,695mm
  • Width of processing channel:430mm
  • Overall length of processing channel: 3,450mm
  • Machine height – upper edge of processing bowl: 1,235mm
  • Work piece discharge height: 985mm
  • Height of media unload plug: 600mm
  • Connected load: 7.5kW

Because of their ingenious bowl shape, the EC machines are the most versatile rotary vibrators in the Rösler product range: The relatively shallow, quarter turn incline of the processing channel allows the optimal processing and separation of small as well as large and bulky work pieces. Even delicate parts can be finished in this EC range.

  • Relatively shallow and short incline of the processing channel
  • Slide-in separation gate or pneumatically activated separation flap
  • Large separation screen; can be exchanged without the need for special tools
  • Rösler two-speed vibratory motor with double conical mounting (1,500 und 1,000 RPM at 50 Hz); equipped with
grease lubricated special heavy duty bearings
  • Hot-poured PUR polyurethane lining with extra thickness in critical wear areas
  • Flexible electrical controls and dosing technology

More technology for more productivity

The success of this mass finishing phase is the result of a combination of
creative process technology and innovative engineering teams. This new Rösler rotary vibrator combines high quality
and productivity
 with a functional design.

Although this new machine is integrated into the process of the machining parts produced by Joarjo, this mass vibration service will soon be available to companies that are interested.

How does a rotary vibrator work?

Vibratory surface finishing takes place in a work bowl placed on coil springs. Vibratory energy is induced through a special vibratory motor that is mounted in the center of the work bowl. The vibration creates a rub of the abrasive against the parts. The continuous addition of water and compound aids the process.

Rotary vibrators are often equipped with an integrated separation port and screen. This allows a separation of the finished parts from the abrasive in the machine: by means of the separating screen, the parts are transported out of the machine or to a post-treatment system, for example drying, while the abrasive remains inside the machine. machine.

Of course, automatic solutions can be adapted that include different types of loading, as well as
pre- and post-treatment units.
